If someone loves raviolis more than me it's definitely my wife. On the menu today was Red Pesto Ravioli with spinach leaves from 101 Cookbooks.
Sometimes my palette isn't quite as ready for the flavor sensations my wife's is ready for (usually when it comes to strong cheeses but also some tomatoes), so she says "it isn't too challenging for you?" with a smile. She thinks that these sun-dried tomatoes might be too much for me to handle, but I respond confidently "Heck no! Delicious."
