pizza bianca

Inspired by the bread on our appetizer platter at Punch Pizzalast weekend, my wife whipped up this batch from a recipe over at smitten kitchen to try with the cheese she received for her birthday (and the new cheese board). It was very tasty, but we both agreed it could use less salt next time- and she even used less than the recipe called for!
