honey and caramel

After lettuce wraps for dinner (which were actually really good) I was treated with whole grain honey bread she made, and for dessert a cup of salted caramel ice cream- also from scratch of course. Salted caramel "anything" is her favorite. I still just don't understand why people that sell ice cream for a living can't make ice cream taste this good.
