twice baked


My wife wasn't too hungry tonight, and neither was I thanks to a $5 foot-long sub I had for lunch (there's a lot of meatballs in a 12" meatball sub let me tell ya). So for dinner she randomly made biscotti to have with some hot chocolate instead. I'm psyched because I get to have the baked treat with my coffee tomorrow morning too! And of course the ingredients of this recipe comprise my favorite combination- peanut butter and chocolate.


It looked good the first time it was baked, but my wife informed me that the word biscotti is Italian for "twice baked" so I had to wait for the second ring of the timer to enjoy this subtly sweet late evening treat.
