pizza and smoke


Tonight my wife made a homemade pizza from crust she prepared the night before. She was very excited about this pizza, as the crust was very similar to that of a Punch pizza. However, it required that the oven be set at a very hot temperature, and since she didn't have a "pizza slip" she used parchment paper instead which, as you can tell, didn't fare as well as the pizza. Our smoke detector was constantly warning us of this dangerous task loudly and obnoxiously, but it was well worth it in the end, as it was most delicious.
