I always loved cinnamon bread as a kid, the kind that my mom would pick up from the grocery store that had frosting glazed on the top of the loaf. I haven't had it in quite a long time, but my wife had decided to try and make it this week, so I was very excited! It turned out beautifully, but with one problem. After the dough had risen, she remembered that she forgot the salt in the recipe! (from Pioneer Woman) It still tasted good, but it was definitely missing something. She was bummed, but that didn't stop us from eating the whole loaf in less than three days!
